I just put regular cans in and purchased dimmable LED bulbs from Amazon.
Note the difference between dimmable and non-dimmable LED bulbs. The LED bulbs look like regular flood bulbs. Phillips is the brand, IIRC.

those tw cree bulbs dim very nicely.
the only 'regular' dimmable LED i put in cans was for the 6" eyeball cans i replaced.
in those, i simply bought new HALO 6" eyeballs and put in regular LED flood bulbs like vetteguy.
