Upper left abd could be pancreatitis, stomach ulcer, enlarged spleen. Bottomline if it hasn't gone away, make an appt and get in for an exam. Probably won't be a big deal.

What I really want to know? How did you keep your position with the company you are with? Are you fricking someone in-house?

ETA: It's nothing new. I have banged a couple of women that's their prerogative..
