we return the whole 2 deep DL, your going have and epic DL recruiting class gonna have the best group of DB's in the nation along with all the talented DB's coming in. The o line is loaded were always gonna have RB's and WR and skill players ,will be veteran at the QB position and Franks is coming! The future is bright at LSU!

The most important part is that we will bring back experience and talent and depth at every key position, minus MLB. Now there is an outside shot of us coaxing Beckwith back in for his senior year with two things;

1) 5-10 mill insurance policy
2) letting him understand that he won't have much competition for 1st LB taken with guys like Scooby Wright, Myles Jack, Jaylon Smith, Reggie Ragland, the Auburn guys, and the guys from Ohio State.

Unfortunately, I don't think the promise of better draft position will keep Beckwith in school. I hope I'm wrong because we desperately need him on the field while these 2016 recruits get up to speed, but I think the incident with La'el this past year is going to be hurtful to keeping guys in school.

Not because he went undrafted, that was a bizarre set of circumstances. But because it emphasized the importance of the second contract. La'el may actually be in a better position long-term than he would have been had he been taken in the 1st this past year. If Beckwith isn't a convinced that he'd be a surefire 1st round pick in the 2017 draft, then the best course of action for him personally would be to go 2nd-3rd round in the 2016 draft, establish himself as one of the best young LBs in the league, and get paid.

frick the CBA.
