. I think it's great people watching. Not mentioned so far:
All of the Besh restaurants offer something good for happy hour. Borgne probably puts out the best small plates.
Bourbon house for a few oysters and beers.
Dickie Brennan's has some good drinks/small plates for $5 5-7
