I am not in this pissing match but Harvey Williams did change his commiment because A&M thought he was a "lock". Just saying. He was a pretty good player.

Usually in these types of situations, the coaching staff gets complacent and stops courting the kid because they consider it as done. Meanwhile, in comes _______ (insert school name) who stays on the kid, and if they hear that the other coaching staff isn't keeping contact will use that as a part of their pitch. Next thing you know, the kid flips.

Not the story I heard
He heard two girls talking about it on the way to his ceremony...and changed his mind.
