When I was in BR I was at Red Stick Crossfit. It's been a couple years since then but it was a great place. Knowledgeable coaches and the owner and his wife are great people.

Geaux Crossfit off of Sherwood.
Plenty of room inside and a huge 400M parking lot to run on outside.

I go to GEaux Crossfit and like it there.
