I doubt he's a regular or anything, but I'd be shocked if he didn't have an intern checking the site every once in awhile to get a pulse of the fanbase. Same with every coach at every school. OF COURSE they know the criticisms of the fans.

From my understanding he looks, he doesn't post but he reads occasionally. This comes from a guy who I got to know at the LSU BCM who works in the athletic department.

His minions read the Rant for sure. Just read all of the rah rah posts about him. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are paid to post, it's a common PR tactic these days.

I am not stating Les and I are friends but I have spoken to Les numerous times socially. Les is a extremely good listener and if you met Les he looks you in the eye and speaks and listens with true honest intent. He is a very personal guy and I think he just soaks up info and I don't think he is being anything but himself. Plenty smart enough and I think listening skills are underrated.

If Les owned a business he would be a success.

It amazes me how hard you try to play the cynic. That you fail at it does not.

Whoa there pilgrim.
You and I both know that message boards are full of hall of fame coaches who daily lend their insight to those of us who are not so fortunate.

Miles speaks like he does along with other things to market himself and Lsu and he's done an outstanding job of accomplishing that. He's got every media outlet in the country on pins n needles waiting on him to speak. Dudes a smart mofo.

Doesn't matter where you go to school. Obama went to Harvard and can only use a teleprompter to talk his way out of a wet paper bag.

And yet he's the most powerful Man in the world (twice) while you're just a douchebag nobody posting on a message forum.

28000+ posts

So that makes you some guy that posts about me, on a message board. Pure genius, here.

I wasn't banging on either of your heroes, son. Just telling you that where you study, doesn't matter so much.

Lighten up, sugar.

I heard him speak at a non-football related function and was pleasantly surprised at how well he did.

I've heard him speak at multiple and he seemed the same as always to me. You caught him at a good time.
