He talks about the SEC schools he's considering.

“I visited Alabama, LSU, Florida State, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Ole Miss and TCU,” White said. “Then the Opening was one of the best experiences of my life. If I could do that every week I would.”
“I’ve got a lot of love for North Webster and Springhill. I passed on a great opportunity to go play at the IMG Academy in Florida. My mom graduated from Springhill so I want to keep that in the family. I just want to do everything I can here.”

“With LSU, they give you the home state pitch and their running backs coach Frank Wilson is second to none,” White said. “At Arkansas they like big running backs and running the ball, plus they have the biggest offensive line in the world. My cousin Jared Cornelius is there so I would have someone to take me under their wing and mentor me. I really like their depth chart situation too.” “Alabama, they were one of the first schools to offer me my freshmen year. They recently had another running back kicked off the team and they have some guys who may leave after this year so the depth chart is good their as well.” The last of the SEC schools thought to be seriously in it for White is Ole Miss. “I think Ole Miss has the best pitch you could throw at a recruit,” White said. “Your best friend (Patterson) is going to be there. I have a good relationship with coach Shawn Patterson as well and I like that coach Hugh Freeze’s program is all about family. They’ve already said I can play either side of the ball, it’s basically on me.”

shite let him go to another school then, he's talking about depth chart. he must not had the chest to compete! To be the man you have to beat the man! I love the kids that will come in with 2 5star running backs and try to beat them out for the job

If he's looking at depth chart at running back as the main factor, well that leaves us out.

It's still early in the ballgame fellas. I know Springhill is not NOLA, but Frank Wilson is a monster recruiter when he sinks his teeth into a RB from Louisiana. Unless some don't consider Springhill...nah nevermind.

I don't really gather "he gone" from that story. He really talks up all the schools.

Can we offer Christian Wallace now?

I heard on the grapevine he is high on LSU but without an offer.

Nah bruh. IMO the other schools tell all the kids not to fall for our "stay in state" line... DW is basically like yeah, yeah, stay in state lsu... Blah blah... At least that's how it reads to me.

Also, when you see he mentions depth charts several times, it's obviously important to him.

Hope I'm wrong but I think the writings on the wall.

This is why he ultimately picks LSU. He has a strong sense of loyalty. The Boot wins.

If he is that loyal to Springhill, LA don't you think there is a personality trait that he will be that committed to the flagship university of the state?

Or perhaps I am just hoping.......

Depth charts should be important. Important enough to know you can share carries with other talented backs, and god-willing, have fresh legs for the NFL. Depth charts can be twisted more ways than one.

Perfect example of that is Nick Brossette. He had every opportunity to go to Texas after Guice committed to LSU and he actually honored his commitment and that speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. I really like and respect kids like that and I'll be pulling for Brossette to be All-SEC one day along with Guice, which is completely realistic IMO. No room for laziness or lack of desire to beat the best at an elite program with elite talent like ours

Preach! Darrel Williams is a prime example as well. He didn't care if LF was coming to LSU, he wanted to be a Tiger and when he got the offer he committed.

If the depth chart is that big of an issue he needs to go elsewhere or play linebacker. Better position for him anyway
