Pepi and Sargent haven’t done anything to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they’d have 3 goals and 4 assists as a starting striker for Union in 11 games.
But how much is that a product of Pefok, or a porduct of him playing for Union?
That's the point of that tweet. Pefok's metrics are identical to what Pepi did at Augsborg and Sargent at Bremen, which both can be looked at as not having success there.
It's not fool proof, but basically it shows that Pepi and Sargent would be putting up the same numbers that Pefok is putting up now if they played with Union.
I think Pefok should be on the plane, but I wouldn't start him over Pepi who seems to have shite figured out right now and has confidence.
As for, the millwall comparison, lets not forget that Pefok's exploits largely come from the Swiss League.

And Pepi’s current exploits are coming from the Dutch league. Both should be on the plane, but Pepi has looked really bad for the USMNT since his first few appearances. The truth is we lack quality options at striker.

Mostly made for comedic effect.

So has Pefok

Agreed, but I think Pepi (and Sargent) offers more. I want Pefok coming on when we're chasing a goal and have him outjump tired defenders on a setpiece.

Haji scored... again.
4 goals in his last 3 matches. 9 goals in 13 matches this season.

Where do y’all think the next step for Haji is? What would be the best league for him to go to?

I think he could be a viable striker for any mid/low table club in a top 5 league.

Good, stay in form and he’ll start over Ferreira

He's the joint top scorer now in the Championship with like 4 other guys.
