I think he shot him in the chest and then the guy backed away. The "victim" obviously couldn't control his anger b/c he had plenty of time to quit pursuing...I doubt the gun being pulled finally snapped him back to reality.

He had 1 shot in the chest and 3 in the back. That dude better get his story together.

guy was coming at him and he was shot in the chest...first shot turned him around and guy fired 3 more times...not a difficult story

If he pulled the trigger 4 times rapidly I don't know if a human body can turn that fast from a gsw to the chest. Forensics will play a large part in all of this.

Did he wait until the body finish the 180 spin before firing the 3 shots to the back or was firing and they just happened to land in his back?

So the hispanic guy follows the man to his home...to see where he lives. Um just write down the fricking license plate number, vehicle, go to authorities. People have to put themselves in shooters situation. Some random people following you home, frick that shite. Hell they can come by and start shite with you later.

shooter was backing away to his left...shootee (lol) veered off to his left after first shot...so it wasn't a full 180 degrees...more like 110

I'm listening to the 911 call right now. This is insanely senseless. It is amazing how easily angry people become on the road. I am not victimblaming, but shame on that man for following that lunatic to his house with his family in the car. People need to have more sense than that. When it comes to the road, you just need to learn to shake it off and continue with your day.

Probably the dumbest part of all.

It's certainly dumb to do it if you're alone, it's mathematically about 17003039994 times dumber to do it with your wife and kids in the car. That's just science.

I feel like someone said this four pages ago before being falsely accused of being a Southern Law grad.

nah, a stick figure diagram would be much better. You can add details with the car in the background too

I have a 10 month old and I can't imagine that I would even thinking about doing something so stupid, but now on the other hand as I come to think about it if someone had followed me home I would be a tad bit pissed and ready to shoot for her safety. The saner me would just get us in the house and lock the doors and if he started trying to come in i'm emptying a clip. You don't frick with Kinsley Rae muthafricka

Then the guy gets out of his car...tells me he had more intentions on trying to find out where the man lived. Now he's dead and one's in jail over some stupid shite.

If someone is following me I am driving to a police station. I don't need to go to jail for years to prove how tough I am.
