That's tough shite homie.
If you wanna press the issue enough to follow someone, better be ready to back it up.
Lots of you guys let that Bulldog mouth overload your Hummingbird arse.
I read your post and instantly thought of this onion article. Good to see you keep it real.
Man Always Carries Gun In Case He Needs To Escalate Situation
"“I never leave home without my Glock, because you just don’t know when someone might mouth off to you in a bar and leave you with no choice but to turn a minor altercation into a tense life-or-death scenario,” said Donner, noting that he keeps his loaded weapon in a hip holster should the need arise for him to respond quickly, and with deadly force, when he is angered by a perceived slight."
ETA: Holy shite...I should have kept reading...life imitating art
"“Look, I hope to God no one ever tries to hit on my wife while I’m within earshot, but in the real world, things like this do happen. Sometimes you only have a split second to react and make things exponentially more dangerous.” At press time, sources confirmed Donner was pulling up next to a Honda Civic that had cut him off in traffic several blocks earlier."

Some peoples pent up aggression just comes out the worst in road rage. They act in a way that they normally wouldn't. I think because they feel a sense of invulnerability in a vehicle and subconsciously their inner angst and stress explodes to an irrational level.
I few years ago, I left my house at 5:30am to go to my office. As I approached the traffic light a 1/4 mile before the interstate ramp, a guy in a truck was sitting at the red light. After it turned green, he sat there as if it were still red. I moved to the other lane and cruised by him before getting back in the previous lane. Guy floored it to catch up as we were approaching the interstate ramp. Then he hard cut it in front of me to get on the ramp. Okay. Then he brake checked me all the way down the ramp. Okay.
We were the only two cars in sight as we merged on the interstate. He slowed down again and I got over a lane and got up to 75mph. He rode right beside me for about a mile swerving over to within a foot or two of my car several times. He was determined to get me to look at him. So I finally looked. He had his window down screaming bloody murder at me. I rolled my passenger window down and he was dog cussing me like crazy. I just shrugged while nodding my head and yelled back over the airflow, "sorry, calm down, sorry." He immediately collected himself and gave me a thumbs up and took off like all was right again in his world.

From the facts in the story, I wouldn't charge Doyle with murder.

As for Dyole, he's a murderer and needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
How can we possibly have two completely opposite points of view based on the exact same facts and the exact same story? Is this just because one (or both) individuals came to their conclusion prematurely or is this a microcosm of society in America today where we truly need to be split into different countries because of our completely opposite view points on subjects such as this?
