Streaming a centrally hosted file is safer than torrenting. The warning letter you get from your ISP is a result of the owner of the content (or an organization representing them) monitoring IP addresses of seeders--low-hanging fruit--on a torrent tracker and reporting them to their respective ISPs.

Ok so if i get a letter then don't worry about it? or is there something that can be done?
