Settle debate- does this eye color fall under "green" or "hazel"

That's really tough to tell from the picture, honestly. It's like it's too close. The eye almost looks blueish with some yellow.

My lady has naturally green eyes (they are incredible, no pics) and the eye in that pic is not anything like hers.
