I would sure like to watch Aaron Nola's first MLB start tomorrow night when the Philadelphia Phillies play the Tampa Bay Rays. Does anyone know how we can catch the game?

MLB extra innings has a free trial this week. If you don't have it, go to a bar with directv.

Phillies' Aaron Nola excited about his major league debut tonight
quote:
AARON NOLA remembers the Friday nights at "The Box" as if they were yesterday, because, well, it was nearly yesterday he called LSU's "electric" ballpark his home.
Nola was the ace of a Tigers team loaded with talent, a perennial College World Series entrant, playing in front of college baseball's best environment. LSU has led college baseball in attendance for an astounding 20 consecutive seasons, the last seven coming in their state-of-the-art facility, the new Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge, La.
"It's really electric over there," Nola said. "The fans are really close, on top of you on the field. It's really loud."
"The Box" averaged 10,726 paid customers in 34 regular-season games this season. A little more than 13 months since his last game at LSU, Nola will walk into a completely different environment tonight.

i'm pumped. I was able to out maneuver 2 of my fantasy team competitors (both Phillie guys) to pick him up. it's definitely a homer move and not likely to work out well. I say that because young rookies are almost always damn inconsistent. but damn it, I now have 3 LSU guys on my team and am in first place.
I think Nola is going to make it in the bigs and will be a good performer. his fastball is not that good but the man is a pitcher. his deal is changing speeds and location. he may get rung up tonight but i'm keeping him anyway.
