There's a charge called "failure to render aid" in Florida. The polo mogul john goodman went to prison for plowing into a kid in his Bentley and letting him drown. Paid the parents $42 million in the civil case.
Too bad this douche doesn't have any money. Vehicle trespass sounds pretty light.
