Public transportation in Baton Rouge has seen a significant increase in utilization over the last couple of years after the CATS tax was enacted. If trends continue, traffic is expected to decrease by upwards of 65%. Bottom line: This railroad will produce extreme profit levels within 10 years of completion.

Remember, the proposed streetcar line in the Nicholson Drive corridor would be a big boost to rider ship...
