I'm just explaining why I don't necessarily prefer to be around people who are doing it. In the concealed carry situation I can't do anything about it. In an open carry situation I could.

What can you do in either situation to improve your own situation other than walking out of a place?
Sort of like the devil you can see vs the one you can't.
For the record... The devil you can't see (e.g. Felons carrying guns) is ALWAYS worse than the one you can see.
That's not the case for those AR-15 carrying fools. frick those guys.
And again, for the record, I don't like open carry for the specific reason of the element of surprise.
