re: Browning AB3 Hunter Bolt Action

Carson is right. Tikka is where it's at.
I've learned the hard way......I've bought and shot with many brands. Tikka is where I stopped. I've stuck with it for years now.
Not bragging, but I've never missed with this rifle. Loaned it to 4 others and they all killed with it too. Longest kill shot is 375 yards. Never tried further than that......but I would try 500 and feel fine with it.

My next stop would be savage. Savages are ugly and brutal. My nephew is deadly with the savage I bought him for his birthday a few years ago.

I've read good reviews about Browning xbolt but I have not carried one into the field. I have huge regrets selling a browning blr(lever action) in 7-08.

All said and done.......go Tikka. You get the shortcut to a great rifle.
