Why not just hang a few seats upside down on the ceiling above the aisle? Secure the passengers with a harness.
It's funny that the airlines' solution to declining revenue is to make people hate flying even more.

This is why I stopped reading futurist web sites.
According to those assholes, we were supposed to have hypersonic passengers jets and the transporter beam any day now.
