The one thing I took from that video is how much better LF got towards the end of the year.

I still think that before it's over with, 7 will have the best season that an LSU running back has ever had. Don't know if it'll be this year or next - leaning towards this year - but before the dust settles and smoke clears, 7 will have a Faulkesque, Cannonish, or Alexendarlike season.

No Highsmith highlights? :(
Anyone got the name of the song?

Was that Depeche Mode? Some weird highlight video music

I dig it.
eta: it is Depeche Mode
Depeche Mode - John the Revelator
Downvote? Okay. Sorry that Depeche Mode offends you.

Not really/I got better work than that, but thanks.
On 7 though......I've said this many times on this board. I'm no recruitnik, and I'm not a star gazer, and don't buy into this "can't miss, gotta have him" attitude regarding recruits. Most who wear that moniker are nothing more/nothing less than the best AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME.
And then, there's Fournette. The fact that a squiggly read underscore appears under his name when it's typed in this message box is a travesty. I'll predict that one day, it won't. I honestly do believe that from a biological, God given, and measurable talent standpoint, he is the best running back in college football right now. He's Cecil Collins with a brain. On a team with CLM as a coach. With a great, experienced, and deep offensive line. Those attributes by themselves mean that most SEC caliber running backs would experience a great year. What if that running back had the physical ability of Cecil Collins, the mental ability of Steven Ridley, the work ethic of Joe Addai, and the durability of Kevin Faulk? Again, on a team that can block.
Then, factor in the quarterback situation. From a purely ethical, moral, and/or common sense standpoint, I don't have a huge problem with the choices AJ made relative to the retrieval of his computer. His choices were pretty logical:
1. My computer's stolen
2. I know who's got it
3. Some friends and I will go get it
4. Since the door's locked, we'll kick it in, as in the POS ratings, stealing a computer is MUCH > than kicking down a thief's door.
Nothing wrong with that line of thinking.
However, if THAT'S my best QB - you know, the man that, at times, has less than 1 second to make the best choice? If that's him, and if that same man, given 10 days to choose the BEST of alternatives regarding computer retrieval can only come up with "me and a posse will kick in the door", which, by the way, is a choice that carries with it the unspoken predictions of "and no one will know it's us, so nothing more will happen here", then, I predict our passing game is fooked. So, enter 7, and the legend about which you spoke. This may the very year he makes that jump from really good to having a legend.

Some posters still think it's a thing only fans on TD care about

I actually thought that was kinda funny too. I'd love to know who downvoted that. I thought it sound as all hell.
Never got onto the kid for WHAT he did. Only for thinking he could actually get away with it w/zero repercussions - that's where he messed up.
