Is there a huge advantage to the SB6141 vs the SB6121? I have cox preferred at 50 mbs download speed and just bought an SB6121...I wanted the SB6141 but they were out of stock.

Yes, the channel bonding. Consider channel bonding as lanes on a highway that can be used at the same time by traffic.
SB6121 is 4x4 (4 up, 4 down).
SB6141 is 8x4 (8 up, 4 down).
SB6183 is 16x4 (16 up, 4 down - but you'd need to live in an area that the provider supports 16 down to make use of it currently).
ETA: You said huge advantage, I won't say the advantage is huge, but it could be noticeable in experiencing the optimal speed you subscribe).
