It seemed interesting, but Cricket Wireless is a much better deal. $50 gets me talk, text and 3GB of data through Project Fi. $55 gets me 10gb of data through Cricket.

Got up and running last night.

Now to figure out this Android after being on iPhone for several years.

Cricket's "4G" maxes out at 8mbps. That may or may not be a problem for some people. Also, if you don't use your 10gb, you lose it with no credit or rollover. But, Cricket's pricing apparently includes taxes and fees, whereas taxes and fees will be added on top of Fi's rates.

Fi probably isn't the best deal for a lot of people, but that's why I'm hopeful Google lowers the pricing in the future after they get more people on.
