Really? Impossible! One killed on 1019, the other in front of walmart, and the other in St Helena Parish. Only the first two were within 1 mile of each other.

He's an incredible success .. he owns an insurance agency while selling used cars right now .. years ago, he was in the US Army at the same time as he owned a bar in Pensacola, FL .. the guy's a multi-tasking machine ..

Ok. I'm sorry I thought the 4 wheeler accident happened over by live oak school.

I don't know. I've never seen (or even heard) of the show until now.

From the little that I read, I believe he is good friends with one of the key cast members and that allowed him to get on the show.

His mother owns the agency and works it

I don't know what happened, but Josh doesn't drink often. And usually never around his family, which this was a family party

He rarely drinks and when he does it is out with friends

I say this carefully. Most people who use steroids(not judging) don't typically drink when cycling.

I can believe he wasn't drinking and it was a terrible accident. Now the facebook posting right after, bad idea.

Breezy -- He's funneling beer in a video at a bar .. That's not something the "occasional" drinker does .. I genuinely hope alcohol played no role in this .. It is tragic, no matter what the circumstances are .. but I hope there was nothing involved that impaired his already questionable judgement with a 12 year old on the back of a four-wheeler you are driving ..

On his Linkedin page, he leads you to believe he owns the agency and owned a bar, fyi ..

What age should a child be to ride on a four wheeler with an adult driving for it to not be "questionable judgment"?

Well, considering there isn't a seat belt or restraining belt on the back platform that the child was supposedly riding on, I think it is "questionable judgement" to let anyone ride back there, let alone a kid .. Also, cutting the wheels, doing tricks, riding across ditches .. etc. at high speeds on it is "questionable judgement" .. no matter who is on it ..

No, it's not, completely .. sounds like he made a bad judgement in the way he handled the vehicle .. especially with an unrestrained kid on the back ..

If I accidentally killed a child the last thing I'm gonna do is post ANYTHING on fb.
