You wouldn't consider Philly, DC or Boston? Boston has always been big on the Celtics. Philly is traditionally huge for college basketball. And the DC area has produced as much raw talent as any area even thought the Wizards historically suck.

im just giving sms a hard time. of course philly is a major traditional basketball market. its where wilt grew up 
talent has come through DC but i dont know if i put them on the same level as the others. elgin baylor came through, and KD obviously, but who else? im actually curious
