Can't get out of bed (back pain)

Can move my arms freely, but any time I move my legs, there's intense, unbearable lower back pain. It's not shooting down my left leg, though. I tried rolling out and ended up bracing myself against my night stand and the bed for 5 minutes before my arms got tired. No chance of standing up.
Felt the initial pinch last night when I dropped my phone and bent over to pick it up. I get the same pain occasionally but it usually only lasts a few minutes and doesn't hinder my movement.
I don't know any orthos in BR. Any recs?

If you start having urinary or fecal incontinence, it's a medical emergency. If that happens, get to the ER ASAP. Not joking, for real.

I hate mornings like that. I have a tennis ball and foam roller on the ground for that situation. I drag myself on to the foam roller first and then use the tennis ball on extremely tight/painful areas. Nothing like having to put Netflix on so your roomie can't hear you grunt with pain.

Threw my back out a few weeks ago picking up my 1 year old daughter's empty laundry basket. I just moved the wrong way and it popped. Couldn't move, sleep, sit, or stand for long periods of time. Was extremely miserable for a week. I did go see an Orthopedic to make sure there was no damage to spine or discs and X-ray confirmed it was muscle related so I got some prescriptions to an NSAID and light muscle relaxer and it helped me. Good luck been there before.

Ortho - Jorge Isaza, but considering the type of pain you are describing....I would suggest a nuero......Kelly Skrantz is the poo. After that, try Kevin McCarthy

It's probably your ostentatious muscle swelling up. If you don't know where it is, it's right below your pretension gland.

I would take 4 ibuprofens
(Anti-inflammatory)
