When Wade was the man, no Shaq or LeBron/Bosh, say 08-09 smack dab in the middle of his career, he couldn't get out of the first round in the East.

Head to head both at their peaks-who do you take? Give me T-Mac every day of the fricking week.

lol, yet TMac never made it out of the first round. evvvvvvver

Let's pretend TMac's prime is from his 1st year in ORL, to his 3rd year in HOU. 7 years, that is when he was at his best statiscally.

26pts 6 rebs 5 ast 43fg% 34 3pt% 1.5 stl 0.9 blks PER 25.0 72Win shares

Wade 2004 to end of 2011, 7 years

26pts 5rebs 6 asts 48%fg 29 3pt 1.8 stl 1.1 blk PER 26.6 78 win shares

so you're taking Tmac who can do the same things, just way less efficiently. Go ahead. But that makes zero sense.

this thread didnt go exactly as you had planned when you put Wade low on your list to troll me. lol

I fully admit to being a novice in the finer points of basketball but is Wade considered a classic "shooting guard". I always thought his game was more like a small forward. He's not really much of a shooter and his ability to score has generally come from his amazing ability to attack the basket due to his strength/athleticism. You would never try to use a screen to set him up for an open jumper. I guess it all comes down to how you define a position. I always thought alot of the specific position designations were used for novice fans like myself.
