Looking for a good reliable 10 wt reel, any suggestions for something under $300?
Mainly large reds and jacks, maybe an occasional tarpon trip.
I've found the;
Ross Momentum LT #6 on sale for $285
Lamson litespeed 4 IV for $260
Orvis Hydros sl for $256
Any info on this would be appreciated.

If you can get the Ross for that price, it's a no brainer.
The Orvis is ok but it's Chinese. The Lamson is cast aluminum.
Edit- Someone had a Billy Pate Tarpon direct drive for sale on Microskiff a while back. I'd try to buy that first, then the ross.
