It's a damn shame. Shows like Mind of a Chef, that really make the audience connect with the content, are being shown on smaller networks to smaller audiences. Meanwhile donut and cupcake competitive cooking shows are being broadcast on the bigger networks. One can learn more about cooking by watching 2 hours of PBS on a Saturday than a from watching a weeks worth of FN programming.
