Nice. Kind of overshadows the big Hillsboro Hops game I'm going to tonight. We're playing the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes...

Of course, we're going for the beer...

Cool vibe down here...took the red line in from Grand and drops you right at the stadium. Lots of bars within two blocks. Good atmosphere for some day baseball.

Not rare. Meh.

FBD: Staycation at West AL Icehouse. Nice day, listening to some classic rock tunes, and pissed I have to head back to the office on such a day.

Was down there about 5 years ago...Wrigleyville is such a cool area. I wish I had been more into beer then... I hit a few places but nothing like I would want to do today.

Like the Habanero Sculpin, I had to try at least one Grapefruit.

You can't be talking about Staycation. That's a decent, summer relaxing beer. I like it more than several other Karbach offerings.

Oh, and when I ordered the Sculpin, the bar gal looked at my shirt, asked if I went to the University of Louisiana, and yelled "Go Ragin Cajuns".

Smartest bartender in Houston.

While I do prefer original sculpin, grapefruit is still solid.

Stacation, on the other hand, might as well be named starvation.
