Now that they are in twosome's on the weekend, I think you will see less of it.
They should be prepositioned in the landing area for tee shots and then it's just a matter of getting setup behind whoever's hitting first.

It's been horrible...camera work is especially bad...no replays, the director does not do a good job of going to the most interesting shots...they don't do enough "moments ago" replays of critical shots...

While calling the featured groups, they don't at all. Not sure if any other network really does, but they didn't even tell you where Tiger stood yesterday.

On the good side... They started early on FS 1 on Thur and Friday. Got to see golf at 11 am.
On the bad side... Graphics on leaderboard. They only showed the top 5. I want a scroll down to at least 20 before breaking for a commercial.

LOL, Chambers was specifically built to host USGA Tournaments. Jones Jr. got input from Mike Davis and the USGA when he was designing and building the course. It will host many more events.

My only complaint about Norman was his attempt to explain vertigo after reading a Wikipedia article last night.

The Open was in California three times in five years (2008-2012) and there was no THURSDAY-FRIDAY network live coverage in prime-time. That was my point, and I think most easily understood it.

I think the course is shitty as well which makes the coverage kind of dull.

Are there some tweaks to be made? Sure. But Joe Buck beats the hell out of Chris Berman. And the camera work will get better. I'm personally liking the course more every day.
