I may be mistaken but I thought I read mention of up to 6 individuals in LSU gear returning to retrieve the stolen gear. Excuse me if I am wrong on this.

Cops up to that point were on it. Said in another place there's no guarantee of follow through, but it's not like it dragged on for months. We're talking 1 calendar week from when cops find items/possessor to Jennings arrest.

Let me add, from a PR perspective, this is a nightmare. Once you get the thug rep, it's almost impossible to recover. The U, for example. What a POS that place was/is.

The BRPD and EBRSD do not do sh*t, when something is stolen. I had $2500 in fraudulent charges on my Visa, got statements from store employees who had video of thief, and cops acts like I'm the criminal for calling to check on investigation.
Chase did not make me pay outright for charges, but we are all paying for this kind of sh*t.
