For fish quality, Fuji. She's pricier, but it's BYOB which offsets the cost. It shows that she's trained under a Japanese chef.

Tsunami downtown isn't shabby, and it's far better than the one in Baton Rouge, but I haven't quite warmed up to it. The last time I was there I had a foul mouthed chef with his energy drink sitting right up on his cutting board along side the fish.

Skip Osaka and Sakura, which has turned into a joke.
