Yes and no.
For instance, if the topic is something scientific or medical, I find that it's a very good source of quick info. Like if you want to look up quantum mechanics, or the side effects of some drug, or the traits of some breed of dog, I find it mostly credible.
On the other hand, when dealing with articles on real people, like actors/actresses, bands, and the like, it is not that rare an occurrence when I read entries that I know are not factual. I'm much more skeptical in those cases and will usually check other sources to ensure the validity of what Wikipedia says.
