It's really hard to believe that we're even talking about the Haven flooding. At normal water levels, those houses are WAY above the river and oxbow.

It's behind the levee. I figured they built it up but people that don't live there don't know the specifics.

The normal river level is somewhere around 22 feet, I think. The river is projected to crest over 14 ft higher than normal- that's 2 Shaq's
