A few houses were putting sandbags out this morning, but the way the neighborhood is laid out, I'm on the higher side, so while the first house will get water around 37.7 feet, I think the magic number for my house is more like 38.5 or 39. The water backing up in the drainage is a little concerning, but right now, I think we're still good

I just hope we don't get a big rain while the river is this high.

It's really hard to believe that we're even talking about the Haven flooding. At normal water levels, those houses are WAY above the river and oxbow.
