What gets me is the stupidity of these people. Are they not aware of the security cameras everywhere? There is very little you can do these days that is not captured somewhere on a surveillance video.

Very little situational awareness. They need to pay more attention to their surroundings. She was so obvious about it. Also that is, by definition, why you don't leave your purse unattended on top of your cart.
That being said, I hope they catch her. It's ridiculous how people think stealing is okay.

They should check any surveillance cameras along I-12 and 190 between Covington and Slidell to see if they can catch some clue as to where in Slidell the thief lives. I'm going with Kingspoint.
