Who makes the call on which matchups get each of the eight time slot batches? Is it NCAA or ESPN?

There could be some marquis supers (FL-FSU, Maybe UVA-MD for the East Coast viewers, A&M/TCU) but Miami, us, L'ville and Arky will all have no-name opponents (nationally speaking). Wouldn't be the worst series, and the regional rivalry might play well. Look at all the mileage they're getting out of A&M & Cal.
