I have been drinking too much other stuff (tea, lemonade, soft drinks, etc.) to know. Just bought a 32 oz bottle that I am forcing myself to finish twice before allowing the other stuff, except coffee in the morning. Maybe I need to make it 3x instead of 2x before anything else???
