For the first time in history a husband and a wife, while playing golf together, teeing it up on the same hole, playing as a twosome, shot consecutive holes in one.

Odds makers consider the chances of this occurrence almost incalculable. The National Hole-in-One Association makes a stab at it, rendering it at about 52,000,000 to 1.

Whatever the chances, don’t expect it to happen again too soon

The Lansing State Journal reported that, according to the to National Hole-in-One Association, ‘The odds of an amateur golfer getting a hole-in-one are 12,500-to-1. For two amateurs each making one in the same round as a foursome, the odds climb to 1.3 million-to-1. For two members of a foursome to ace the same hole in the same round, they skyrocket to 26 million-to-1.”

A claims adjuster for the National Hole-in-One Association said Wednesday that a twosome on consecutive shots would double the odds of it happening in a foursome.

That's really cool but I would never, ever want my wife to get into golf.

I think they are severely underestimating the odds of this based on the 12500 to 1 of just a single hole in one.

My dad has hit two holes in one in his life. The first one was with two other buddies and one of them hit a hole in one right after him on the same hole.

Why would you want to play golf with your wife?

Only thing worse than a woman on the golf course is the motherfricker who brought her out there.

I love telling this. I've hit 2, but only one counted. First time I chunked one in the water, reteed and holed it for par. Second time about 6 years later, same hole, same course, same playing partners, did it legit.

My buddy couldn't believe it.
