yeah it's multi-speed.
My friend who put the fan in is coming by and we are going to look at it. I just hate being stumped.
The voltage reads 238 across so I'm in my 220-240 VAC target area.
Something is up with the fan or the fans run capacitor.
Just crazy that it has to be a brand new part that failed, as everything on the outside unit except the compressor and the thermostat control are brand new.
