hmm. good call, I'll check that real quick.
I left the panel off I can check that real fast.
What gets me is the start capacitor is brand new, but when I just checked it I got .17 uF instead of 175uf.
Odd. I was waiting on the AC guy because maybe my cpacitance meter is off. Though I checked two microwave capacitors and they both read spot on.
Just odd that a capacitor would fail so soon without popping.
