Ye Old College Inn may work as well. It serves fries and a burger that could be fixed up for a 2 year old, assuming the child eats fries and ground meat.
Luke might work. Mandina's would definitely work.
For something other than dinner and when you can miss a line, Camellia Grill is an option. Two year old in our family loves going there and watching the waiters.
