I want to see the entire clip. From the point Harper says something to the ump to when he runs up and puts his toe in.

To me, Harper doesn't like the call. He lets the umpire know, digs in, but then it looks like he gets out of the box then Williams starts arguing...in the clip, I see Williams say "...the box..." among other things. Then Harper gets out of the box again. At that point all I see is the umpire telling Harper to get back in and I don't see Harper at all in the frame, then the ump rings him.
I have to think Harper said something or did something that the umpire didn't like when he didn't reenter the batter's box.

I would also like to see an unedited clip. To me it looks like Bryce complains a little after a bad call, but is in the box ready to go. Someone in the dugout (prob Williams) starts arguing and the ump engages him. Ump tells Bryce to be in the box (even though ump's mask is off and he is arguing w/ dugout still). Bryce is a smartass and does the tip-toe thing, and ump tosses him.
By my count that is three bad acts by the ump and one by Bryce (tip-toe). The ump missed the first call, escalated the situation by engaging w/ the dugout, then tossed Bryce to feel like a big man.
