Ok now not all at once, but everybody line up to thank Joe Aleva for all of his hard work to make this happen.

As s member of the "Alleva is not so bad" committee, I am glad someone addressed the elephant in the room

Even better days are ahead of LSU athletics

LSU has never given a shite about cross country, because all of our championship teams are built around sprints, field events, and middle distance. it will always be like that.

I am a fan of dropping the swimming program for soccer, lacrosse, etc., but to be fair we have the worst natatorium in the country. We get what we pay for

Soccer will be fine. lee built the program from obscurity, and I am confident he'll rite the ship this off-season. we have a very talented roster

Well, it's kind of confusing, because the SEC formerly did do it years ago. A similar program that is not sanctioned by the league is run by the owners of the Gainesville Sun newspaper, and Florida wins it almost every year.

Back when the SEC issued its own all-sports trophy, it was named after a former LSU coach/SEC commish, and LSU won the most. Bob Brodhead .

BERNIE MOORE TROPHY WINNERS
1973-74 Alabama (65.5)
1974-75 Tennessee (60.0)
1975-76 Alabama (66.5)
1976-77 Alabama (62.5)
1977-78 Auburn (59.5)
1978-79 LSU (61.0)
1979-80 Tennessee (56.5)
1980-81 Tennessee (50.0)
1981-82 Alabama, Tennessee (55.0)
1982-83 Alabama (50.0)
1983-84 Auburn (51.0)
1984-85 Georgia (56.0)
1985-86 LSU (56.0)
1986-87 LSU (55.5)
1987-88 LSU (57.5)
1988-89 LSU (59.0)
1989-90 Tennessee (55.5)
1990-91 LSU (54.5)
1991-92 Florida (65.0)
1992-93 Florida (61.0)

Football. T/6TH.

Unacceptable!

All that talent. Highly ranked recruiting classes every year. One of the best coaching staffs in the country. Legendary historical stadium and Top 3 SEC facilities. No legitimate reason for it. Something is missing somewhere. It all starts and stops AT THE TOP.

Football. T/6TH. Sunshine Pumpers: ..........

LSU Swimming got spanked by a team that doesn't even have a Natatorium. And there are other teams that spank us who have worse Natatoriums than LSU. Just keeping it real. It's not our facility.

Still, considering most of our other facilities are among the best in the conference, if not the country, this is embarrassing...

...remember, it doesn't even have air conditioning!
