...I mean if he wins the appeal then he will have never been ineligible and will only have missed time due to Mainieri booting him off before the process was complete. He was eligible through Sunday and this appeal will have a verdict within a day or two I would assume....

And it still doesn't mean the coach doesnt know what he did and how to handle his team. Academic appeals are a whole different game.

I hope you are just pointing out an event and not subtly blaming Mainieri for benching him this past weekend.
