Some (not me) will turn this into a class warfare argument, because the vast majority of catholic schools will just deal with this kind of shite in house rather than calling the police.

Discipline problems are usually related to cognitive ability so the Catholic Schools are not even in the same universe as the public schools. The kids are disciplined and if they are not the threat of going to a public school or the fury of the parents for blowing their money will fix things.
