If there wasn't so much HP this storm would've been started, velocities are 100 mph+, but the precip is cutting them off as soon as they form. On the other hand all this rain is causing flooding which is blocking a bunch of the chasers in.

It has been pretty crazy to watch the RFD cut off the inflow of these today but they ramp right back up. I keep thinking that after one of these RFD runs we would see a cell spit out a huge outflow and stabilize things. There has been like 10"+ of rain across that area this afternoon!
