The yards are very small

Yeah, we bought a house in a cul de sac primarily because the backyard is huge for the neighborhood, and it had lots of covered patio space. We looked at a bunch of houses on both sides, and most of the yards were tiny with no room for even a table under the covered portion of the patio. I wanted enough room to be able to kick the soccer ball or throw the frisbee with my kids in the yard, and be able to have some covered seating area as well. I did add an additional covered patio to our house, and we love it.

Nice to have the pool nearby as well. A couple of neighborhood bar and grill type places behind the Racetrac that we could ride our bikes to would be perfect.

I live in the neighborhood also and have been telling my wife for a year now that I want to open a place there. It would be killer. Unfortunately I don't have the $$$ or background to make that happen. Really just a dream/joke of mine.
