This is a universal to replace
video on installing 3 in 1 start devices
I use them to direct power compressors when doing control board diagnostics. They work great, not factory though. With Whirlpool I prefer using their parts as all Whirlpool parts have a one year warranty.
Just saying for the DIYer, to make sure it isn't compressor or freon, I would buy the 3n1 rather than plop $100 on the factory parts.
and actually the white part is the only part that needs to be changed most likely if the system is bad.
You know the fan is bad.
now you want to see what part of the sealed system is causing your problems. Is it low on refrigerant? Not running long enough?
these questions are easier to answer once you know the relay is good.
