we want to always look to freon last of all.
So you need to verify that the relay is good. change the relay and the condensor fan.
90% of Whirlpools use the "hockey puck" fan for the condensors.
Good news is that they are cheap (should be around $40)
start kit looks like this
I'm not sure what relay you use, never got a model number
it looks like this..
In my experience the W10613606 works for most Whirlpools
